BARROW Raiders pulled another rabbit from the transfer deadline day hat with two Super League signings.
Huddersfield Giants hooker Keal Carlile and Crusaders centre Anthony Blackwood have both moved to Craven Park on loan until the end of the season.
Carlile was at training last night and goes straight into the squad for the Championship clash at Batley tomorrow (3pm kick-off).
Blackwood is still recovering from a knee injury picked in his last spell at Barrow in May, but will be fit to face Halifax in the next home game in two weeks’ time.
Raiders chairman Des Johnston and coach Steve McCormack were delighted to have the deals done.
