Barrow Raiders climbed to fifth in the Betfred Championship table with a comprehensive 30-4 victory over Bradford Bulls.
In front of a healthy crowd at the Matt Johnson Prestige Stadium, the hosts produced a superb 80-minute display to sweep aside the Bulls and further boost their play-off credentials.
Winger Tee Ritson finished off a sensational length-of-the-field team move to open the scoring after just two minutes, before Jarrod Sammut scored against his former club, capitalising on a mistake from George Flanagan Jr to increase their lead midway through the first half.
Ellis Gillam crashed over and Ryan Shaw added two more from the boot to extend the advantage to 18-0 before half-time, and even though Kieran Gill crossed 10 minutes after the interval, any hopes of a comeback were quashed when Luke Cresswell was on-hand to support Ryan Shaw’s mini-break late in the contest.
There was still time for Ritson to stroll over in the corner for his second of the match as Paul Crarey’s side recorded their fourth victory in a row.
Sunday’s victory, coupled with York City Knights’ defeat at Featherstone Rovers, means the Raiders lie fifth in the division ahead of next weekend’s Summer Bash at Headingley.
The Raiders will face in-form Widnes Vikings on Day 2 of the event, with Barrow Raiders Ladies kicking off the second day against Featherstone Rovers Ladies.

We caught up with a delighted Raiders head coach following Sunday’s win.
Victory over Bradford Bulls sees Raiders move up to 5th in the Betfred Championship table tonight.
Despite not knowing what side we were able to put out until yesterday, the lads dug in and came good again.
