Barrow Raiders will look to maintain their 100% winning start to the new Betfred Championship season when they visit Widnes Vikings on Monday night.
The game will kick-off at 7:45pm at the DCBL Stadium, live on Premier Sports.
Paul Crarey’s side have won six straight games in all competitions this year, including last weekend’s 38-12 triumph over Rochdale Hornets in the fourth round of the Betfred Challenge Cup.
It promises to be a mouth-watering clash between two teams who still boast unbeaten starts to their respective league campaigns.
The opposition

Following success in each of their opening four league matches, Simon Finnigan’s men suffered a 38-4 defeat to Leigh Centurions in the last round of the Challenge Cup.

Nevertheless, they have scored 149 points during their four league matches in 2022 – more than any other side in the division heading into Round 5 – and have a number of experienced players within their ranks, including former England international half-back Matty Smith.
