Barrow Raiders head coach Paul Crarey says his side cannot afford to let complacency set in as they prepare for Challenge Cup fifth round action in front of the BBC Sport cameras.
The Raiders remain unbeaten in 2022, winning both of their pre-season friendlies and their opening four Betfred Championship matches, as well as progressing in the cup.
They host Cumbrian rivals Workington Town at 1:00pm this Sunday, with the game being shown live on BBC Sport.

Crarey’s side ran out 24-12 winners against Town in pre-season, but the Raiders boss insists that counts for little as the pressure intensifies ahead of this weekend’s cup clash.
“[It will be a] tough test against Workington,” he said. “I know that Chris Thorman will want a reaction from their performance against Sheffield last weekend, so we have got to be ready and not be complacent.
“We did a video review of the game against Widnes and there were areas where we could improve, especially at the start of the game, and areas where we need to be more disciplined when we’ve got teams on the rack.
“Hopefully we can take that into this weekend. I believe there will be a big crowd in – the town is absolutely buzzing after Monday night’s win.
“Our results have done so much for the club, but the work starts again.”

Workington are currently bottom of the Betfred Championship with four defeats from their opening four matches, but a 26-12 victory against Dewsbury Rams saw them reach Round 5 of the Betfred Challenge Cup.
Crarey says he is well aware of the threats posed by Sunday’s opposition, and with all Super League clubs, with the exception of Toulouse Olympique, entering the competition in the next round, he has called on his players to put their best foot forward against their Cumbrian foes and give themselves a chance of drawing a big-name side in the last 16.
“[In Cumbrian derbies], form goes out of the window,” he added. “They’ve got a great player in Jamie Doran; I’ve got a lot of respect for him.

“[Conor] Fitzsimmons as well, he’s a prop who works hard and plays well above his weight. Carl Forber is a very smart player and a great goal-kicker too.
“They will punish you with their good players. Caine Barnes is a massive miss for them, but we’ve got to get ready ourselves for what will be a tough game.”
He added: “We’ve got great fans who are very vocal, and there will be a great atmosphere on the BBC, which will be fantastic for Cumbrian rugby league.
“One of us will go through with a big shot at playing a Super League club, which could set you up for the year if you get a home draw.
“We’re going to give it our best shot to get through so we can hopefully get that big Super League team to Barrow and give our fans a treat at home or a good day out away.”
