Barrow Raiders Head Coach Paul Crarey is expecting a good game on Friday, as the Raiders welcome local rivals Whitehaven to the Matt Johnson Prestige Stadium.
The Raiders will be hoping to build on their last Betfred Championship game, which saw them record their first win over Halifax Panthers.
Last week, they were beaten at the Shay against the Panthers, but Crarey has put that behind him and is looking forward to the prospect of a sellout in the derby against their Cumbrian rivals.
The two sides are currently 12th and 13th in the Betfred Championship, and will be hoping for points to lift them up the table.

“We’re looking forward to Whitehaven on Good Friday and a big full house,” he said.
“I think a lot of people will be coming, that’s the word on the street about town. I know Whitehaven fans are great and they’ll come with a voice, and it’ll be a good spectacle and the weather’s going to be good as well.
“It bodes for a good game between two sides that are going for it.”
Meanwhile, in the fitness front, Crarey is pleased to welcome a couple of players back into the fold.
Greg Burke and Ryan Johnston are both back in contention having missed last week’s defeat in the Betfred Challenge Cup through injury.

On them, he added: “Ryan Johnston just passed a fitness test. Greg Burke has just passed a fitness test.
“Broadbent will come into the squad to freshen it up. Luke did a great game at Halifax, he did 80 minutes, so he’ll bring some fresh legs out the back.
“We’ll need it. Because they’ve got a great short-kicking game, so we need to have some energy at the back.
“That’s the beauty of having some great players in great positions at the club.”
