Barrow Raiders are proud to unveil Lounges.tv as the club’s official streaming partner for the remainder of the 2025 season.
All of the club’s remaining home fixtures in the Betfred Championship, plus a number of Betfred Women’s Super League home fixtures, will be streamed using the platform.
Last month, it was announced that the club had ended its free live streaming of matches on YouTube.
Our recent fixture against Featherstone Rovers was the first to be streamed on Lounges.tv, and the club has taken on board feedback from supporters who watched this game online.
Over recent days, further streaming trials have been conducted to ensure that teething problems are ironed out quickly and the best possible product can be offered to supporters moving forward.
The decision has been made to continue showing home Championship fixtures for the remainder of the season, with streaming passes available to buy on a game-by-game basis.
Barrow Raiders chairman Steve Neale said: “We are excited to continue our work with the team at Lounges.tv over the coming weeks and months.
“I have always stressed that my priority is to increase home attendances, but I understand that for supporters who live further afield, joining us in person isn’t always possible.
“Streaming our home games is also something which will benefit away supporters who are unable to make the trip to Cumbria.
“From both a commercial and personal viewpoint, this agreement will enable the club to maximise its revenue and engage with a wider selection of Raiders supporters than ever before, both in the UK and beyond.”
Lounges.tv head of partnerships JD Donovan said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Barrow Raiders and bring the club’s home games to fans beyond the stadium.
“Lounges.tv is optimised for streaming live events, with interactive in-stream features such as live chat, reactions and tipping.
“Supporters can purchase a pay-per-view pass very quickly with our fast and easy guest checkout option, then watch online via mobile, web, or through the Lounges.tv app.
“We are committed to being the fairest streaming platform, and this partnership will enable the club to maximise their digital growth and revenue opportunities, which can be reinvested into the excellent work they do, both on the pitch and in the local community.”
