Barrow Raiders will face Whitehaven in a pre-season friendly on Saturday 3 January (2pm kick-off).
Whitehaven will make the short trip to the Northern Competitions Stadium at the start of 2025 as both sides continue their preparations for the new Betfred Championship season.
It is the Raiders’ third confirmed pre-season friendly, with the club also hosting North Wales Crusaders on December 28 and then Scotland in Shane Toal’s testimonial fixture on January 10.
Tickets for the pre-season friendly are now on sale, priced at £12 for adults. Juniors will be able to attend free of charge.
The new league season will begin over the weekend of January 17/18, with the Raiders returning to Betfred Challenge Cup action a week later.
