Barrow Rugby Football Club Ltd would like to announce the date of their Annual General Meeting.

The accounts for the period December 2023 to November 2024 will be presented to members. All debenture holders (members) will be entitled to attend the meeting and can request a copy of the accounts prior to the meeting from the club’s secretary.
Should a member wish to stand as a director of the company they should be nominated in writing to the club’s secretary no less than 14 days before the meeting.
Similarly, should a season ticket holder wish to stand, they should also be nominated by another season ticket holder 14 days before the AGM and then a further meeting of season ticket holders will be held for the sole purpose of voting to elect the season ticket holder to office.
The board of directors have no resolutions to present to members but will provide an extensive update on the fortunes of the club since the last AGM in December 2024.
Should any members wish to add to the agenda and submit any resolutions, including changes to the Articles of Association, they should do so in writing to the club’ secretary at least seven days before the date of the meeting.
