The main theme of the magazine is social value and impact. The Advantage! Barrow Raiders Community Foundation, sponsored by BAE Systems, brings social value to all in Barrow and Furness, providing sport and welfare services from nursery to 90-year-olds.
It includes a club review for 2023, a look towards the future of rugby league – including IMG – and a message from Raiders head coach Paul Crarey.
The Advantage! Barrow Raiders Community Foundation also tackles health and isolation issues, seeking out the disadvantaged and supporting the fitness, physical and mental health of our community.
To celebrate BAE Systems’ 150th birthday, the magazine launched last year to highlight all of the fantastic work being done across the region.
This will continue to be an annual publication on behalf of Advantage! Barrow and BAE Systems, focusing on social value and social impact in the area.
