Barrow Raiders Ladies will face Leigh Leopards Women in the Betfred Women’s Super League promotion play-off final at York’s LNER Community Stadium on Sunday 8 October.
The game will take place at midday, as part of a double-header which also includes the meeting of York Valkyrie and Leeds Rhinos in the Women’s Super League Grand Final later in the day.
Amanda Wilkinson’s side were denied automatic promotion via points difference on the final day of the regular season but are now just one game from securing their place in Group 1 of the Betfred Women’s Super League.
Below, we’ve compiled all the information you need ahead of the fixture.
Ticket information
Barrow have been initially allocated 100 tickets in a section of the East Stand, with all seating reserved.
If you intend to go, please purchase promptly so that we can ask for an increase in our allocation in the adjacent section.
Tickets are priced as follows:
- Adults: £10
- Concessions: £7.50
- Under 16s: £2.50
We are selling tickets through our own channels online, with collection on the week of the game at the Lewthwaite Suite.
The ticket you are emailed online is NOT the match ticket. You will need to collect the match ticket when we receive them.

UPDATE: Unfortunately the tickets sent to us by the RFL appear to have been delayed/lost in the post so we are hand-picking them up at an RFL meeting in Huddersfield on Wednesday. As soon as we have them in our hands, we will make an announcement about how to collect and make sure everyone receives their tickets.
Away travel
We are now taking bookings for our Barrow Ladies play-off final trip.
The bus costs £25 per person. It will leave Barrow at 8am and returns after the Women’s Super League Grand Final (3pm kick-off).
