Barrow Raiders would like to thank long-term sponsors Everlast for their continued support of our men’s first team squad heading into the 2025 season.
The club began working with Everlast back in 2022, with players receiving annual memberships to aid their recovery and benefit their strength and conditioning work.
The partnership has since grown to include the Furness Raiders Development Academy, whose players are now also able to use Everlast’s facilities for gym work and group sessions.
Last week, the Raiders first team squad attended Everlast for a special fitness session on their state-of-the-art bikes, led by trainer and manager Cheryl Park.
During recent months when the weather has been poor, players have also been able to continue their personal training programmes, in large part thanks to their use of Everlast’s facilities.
Cheryl and the Everlast team have worked hard to ensure our players are in the best possible shape heading into the new Betfred Championship season, and we look forward to working together for many seasons to come.
Barrow Raiders director of rugby Andy Gaffney said: “We couldn’t be more grateful for the support we receive from Everlast.
“As official fitness partners of our men’s first team and development academy, Everlast play a major role in our off-field work and enable our squad to maintain high levels of performance throughout the season.
“I’d like to personally thank Cheryl and the team for all they have done, and I’m sure our players will reap the rewards of their support throughout not just this season, but in subsequent years too.”
