Voting is now open for our August Player of the Month!
The Raiders enjoyed a successful month, picking up five points from a possible eight in the league.
A comeback draw against play-off hopefuls Bradford Bulls was followed up by a defeat at Halifax Panthers then wins over Dewsbury Rams and Swinton Lions.
Ellis Gillam has continued to go from strength to strength this season, receiving plaudits from coaching staff and club supporters for his influence in the Raiders pack.
Captain Jarrad Stack also led from the front during the club’s back-to-back wins at the end of August, scoring his fifth try of the campaign against Swinton.
Full-back Luke Cresswell once again makes the shortlist, having produced some excellent displays and adding to his own tally for the season away at Halifax.
Rounding off the quartet of nominees is Aaron Smith, who has excelled around the ruck in recent weeks and scored two of the Raiders’ three tries against Swinton.
