Subject to RFL approval, the club’s opening pre-season friendly against Whitehaven will now take place this coming Tuesday, 7 January.
The fixture will be a 7:45pm kick-off at the Northern Competitions Stadium.
All tickets from the original fixture will remain valid, but supporters can contact the club to arrange refunds if they are required.
The original fixture was postponed on Sunday due to heavy overnight snow.
Tuesday’s pre-season friendly will be the first of three warm-up fixtures ahead of the new campaign, with games to come against Workington and Betfred Super League side Salford Red Devils later this month.
