Barrow Raiders return to competitive action for the first time in 2025 on Sunday when they welcome Crosfields to the Northern Competitions Stadium in the second round of the Betfred Challenge Cup.
The Raiders come into this fixture after a successful pre-season period which saw them record victories over Whitehaven, Workington and Salford Red Devils.
It will be the first meeting with Crosfields since a Challenge Cup fixture in 1966, with the Raiders emerging triumphant over the Warrington-based outfit 11-2.
Should the Raiders progress on Sunday, they face the prospect of a third-round clash against Oldham, Rochdale Mayfield or Telford Raiders.
Below, we’ve compiled everything you need to know ahead of the fixture.
