Barrow Raiders return home this Sunday as they welcome Sheffield Eagles to the Northern Competitions Stadium in Round 16 of the Betfred Championship.

Paul Crarey’s side suffered their third consecutive defeat following last weekend’s 22-2 loss away at Batley Bulldogs, but they will be hoping to overturn their recent form when Sheffield makes the journey to Cumbria.

The Raiders were convincingly beaten 54-0 in the last meeting back in April at Sheffield Olympic Legacy Park, and the Eagles, who currently sit in 2nd place, will be aiming to make amends after they were bested by Swinton Lions in the previous round of fixtures.

That’s not the only action on display at the Northern Competitions Stadium this Sunday, with the Barrow Ladies’ clash against Leeds Rhinos forming the first part of a thrilling double-header.

Below, we’ve compiled everything you need to know ahead of the fixture.
