Barrow Raiders gear up for their Betfred Championship Round 19 clash against Toulouse Olympique at the Northern Competitions Stadium this Saturday.

The two sides last met at the end of May, with Paul Crarey’s men putting on a dogged display in the South of France despite losing 30-12.

Toulouse have won their last 12 meetings against the Raiders, but recent games have shown that they are more than capable of going toe-to-toe with the talented Frenchmen.

Squad news

The 21-man squad has been named for Saturday’s clash on home soil.

Forward Ryan King returns to the lineup for the first time since the Raiders’ victory over Doncaster at the end of April, after recovering from a meniscus injury.

Tee Ritson, who picked up a knock in the defeat to Featherstone Rovers in Round 16, also returns to the fold, alongside forward Joe Bullock.

Andrew Bulman, Ryan Johnston and James Greenwood were selected for last weekend’s trip to York, but will be unavailable for tomorrow’s fixture.

Saturday’s Betfred Championship fixture at the Northern Competitions Stadium kicks off at 6:00pm. Match tickets, available to buy online at a discounted price until midnight the day before the game, or at the turnstiles, are priced as follows:

  • Juniors: FREE*

*All juniors are free, but those UNDER secondary school age must be supervised by an adult.
